We started our construction arm last year when we ventured into real estate development full time. We start planning our houses and target location before 2016 ends and by the early months of 2017 we put it into action until we found a good location in Calamba City. An exclusive lush green development which is just beside Ayala Greenfield Golf Course. Today, we have completed our second batches of houses in Makiling Hills, Makiling, Calamba, Laguna. The houses built were all fully sold and waiting for buyers takeout from Pag-IBIG Fund. We still have 200 plus more houses to be built as we progress. Our Second Project was a partnership between a much bigger development company in Angono/Binangonan Area in Rizal, Eastridge Subdivision. We are now building our model unit for a Three Million House and Lot package. After this model is complete, we will build more as we are certain we can market the project easily given our sales background and sales force. Our construction team were all in-house and have a been in the construction business for several decades. We hired season foreman, mason and skilled workers from proven companies. This way, we can guarantee good results with less supervision. Our buyers’ feedback and higher Pag-IBIG Appraisal is our testament that our team is good. We are now looking into several areas like Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas and of course Laguna and Rizal to open new projects. Aside from constructing our very own houses, we also started building other developers’ housing projects. Our team right now is doing housing for Philtown Properties Inc. in their project in The Mango Grove in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. We will also build more houses for them in Makiling and hopefully in their another project in Tanauan. We are also in the process of building more housing units in other projects we handled in Cavite and Rizal.
